Frequently Asked Questions about Anita

I'm Anita Colussi-Zanon, a Spiritual Life Coach, Angel Intuitive and Certified Master Inner Influencing Practitioner.

My approach brings together coaching, Inner Influencing and Angelic guidance to help women address the challenges, emotions and patterns that may be getting in the way of how they want to feel and live.

Some women come to me with one very specific issue. Others feel overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain about what needs to change. We begin with where you are and go from there.

I'm a Certified Master Inner Influencing Practitioner and have worked with clients for more than ten years.

My connection with the Angels has been part of my life for much longer, and Angelic guidance has become a natural part of the way I coach.

I'm also the author of The Books of Light: Angelic Peace and Healing, which shares teachings and guidance from the Angels.

Inner Influencing is a word-based personal-development modality that works with the subconscious.

It uses specific subconscious directives and does not require tapping, physical touch or an altered state.

One of the things I particularly value about Inner Influencing is that it isn't something you can only experience during a coaching session. You can learn to use it yourself, giving you a practical way to continue addressing what comes up in your own life.

Yes! One of the wonderful things about Inner Influencing is that you can learn to use it yourself, whenever you need it.

The Inner Influencing Transformation Toolkit teaches you how to work with the subconscious using this powerful approach, so you can begin addressing emotional reactions, limiting patterns and other challenges in your everyday life.

You don't need to be a coaching client to benefit from the Toolkit.

If you're curious, a great place to start is the free Inner Influencing Discovery Kit. It introduces you to the approach and helps you explore what's possible before deciding whether to take the next step.

Inner Influencing is an active part of my coaching rather than something I simply explain or talk about.

As issues, emotions or patterns come up during our session, I can guide you in using Inner Influencing as part of the experience.

This means our time can include conversation, coaching and insight, while also giving us something practical to use during the session.

Angelic guidance is naturally woven into the way I coach.

During our time together, I may receive guidance or insights that are relevant to what we're addressing, and I'll share them with you as part of our session.

This is different from booking an Angel reading. The guidance is part of a broader personalized coaching experience that also includes Inner Influencing.

You don't need to follow a particular spiritual practice or have any previous experience working with Angels.

However, Angelic guidance is genuinely part of my coaching, so you should be comfortable and open to it being included in our sessions.

The experience is individualized, so there isn't one particular issue you need to have.

Women may come to me wanting help with things such as:

• Worry, stress or overwhelm
• Fears or emotional reactions
• Self-doubt or insecurity
• Boundaries or people-pleasing
• Relationships
• Grief, sadness or difficult past experiences
• Feeling stuck or unable to move forward
• Decisions or life direction
• Visibility or challenges related to work or business
• A recurring pattern they understand but haven't been able to change

You may also simply know that something in your life isn't working the way you want it to, even if you can't explain exactly why.

That's completely fine.

You don't need to diagnose the problem, identify a particular subconscious pattern or arrive with everything figured out.

We begin with what's happening in your life, what feels important to you and what you would like to be different.

From there, I guide the session based on what unfolds.

My coaching is conducted privately online through Zoom, so clients can join me from wherever they live.

Sessions are personalized and may include conversation, coaching, Inner Influencing and Angelic guidance, depending on what we're addressing together.

Yes. New clients need the Inner Influencing Transformation Toolkit and must complete the required preparation before their coaching experience.

The Toolkit is a separate paid purchase.

You don't need to complete the entire Toolkit before we meet. You'll be given clear direction about the essential preparation to complete first.

The Toolkit also gives you the ability to continue learning and using Inner Influencing yourself outside our coaching sessions.
